To enhance the international perspective and practical skills of our faculty and support the national "Master Craftsman" vocational education initiative, Song Jingwei, Vice Dean of the New Energy and Materials School at Leshan Vocational and Technical College, participated in an overseas training program in Germany as a visiting scholar from December 2025 to March 2026. During his stay, he deepened his understanding of Germany’s dual-system vocational education, cutting-edge technologies in new energy materials, and best practices for building innovation teams. He successfully completed all courses and received a visiting scholar certificate.

Recently, Vice Dean Song drafted a detailed research report combining his insights from Germany with the college’s actual needs. The report systematically summarizes Germany’s advanced model of industry-vocational education collaboration and offers practical recommendations for teaching reform, industry-education integration, and team innovation in the field of new energy and materials. We now share the full report for all faculty and students to learn from, as we work together to build a high-level "Master Craftsman" faculty team and improve talent cultivation quality.
